Anatomy of our Butterscotch Ice Cream Sandwich
We start with our deliciously decadent homemade butterscotch sauce and swirl it through a tray of our vanilla ice cream. After it sets, we cut out a disc of the ice cream and place it on the bottom half of our fudgy sandwich. Next we add a generous dollop of MORE butterscotch to the top half and place it atop the ice cream. Then it's wrapped and frozen and ready to be enjoyed!
